Baltimore
Pratt Library will be distributing 30,000 HP Chromebooks to eligible Baltimore City households.
The link above will take you to the scheduling website. Begin by selecting the pickup location. Select a date on the calendar and available times will appear. You can browse through additional months by using the arrows at the top of the calendar. If a date is grayed out, appointments are unavailable for that day.
Once you select a time, a form will appear. Once you fill out the required sections, select Complete Appointment. You will receive an email confirmation from Acuity Scheduling. If you entered a phone number, you will receive a SMS/text reminder 24 hours before your appointment.
If you need help signing up for an appointment, you may call Marylanders Online at (301) 405-9810. Help is provided in English and Spanish, Monday to Friday 10 am to 8 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am to 5 pm.
If you miss your appointment, you may book a new appointment. If you have questions about an existing appointment, please call (443) 984-4944.
Over the next several months, the Pratt Library will continue to expand appointments to more locations. If you can’t find any available appointments at the moment, please check the scheduling website where the next appointment release time will be posted.
